The Role:

We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to help build and scale wealth products at Sav. You’ll work closely with the product and leadership team across the entire product lifecycle - from identifying user problems to launching and improving features used by thousands of users.This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, thinking analytically, and building user-first products in a fast-moving environment.

Job Description:

  • Own product features end-to-end - from PRDs and user flows to launch and iteration
  • Work closely with design, engineering, growth, and business teams to drive execution
  • Talk to users regularly and translate insights into product improvements and new opportunities
  • Define success metrics, analyse product performance, and make data-driven decisions
  • Run experiments and help improve user activation, engagement, and retention
  • Support sprint planning, prioritisation, QA, and release processes
  • Conduct market, competitor, and user research to identify areas of improvement
  • Leverage AI tools to improve product workflows, analysis, and execution efficiently

Requirements

Experience and qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in product, analytics, engineering, or related roles
  • Prior fintech experience is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with SQL and data
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bias for action and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Genuine interest in personal finance, investing, and consumer fintech products
