Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic Engineering graduates to join Robro Systems as Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs). This role offers structured training and hands-on experience across Production, Installation, Operations, and Technical Support, providing an excellent foundation for building a long-term career in Industrial Automation and Machine Vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the production and assembly of machine vision systems.
  • Support machine installation and commissioning at customer sites.
  • Perform machine testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
  • Provide technical support and service assistance to customers.
  • Learn industrial automation systems, machine vision technologies, and related software applications.
  • Prepare installation reports, service reports, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Follow company quality standards, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Continuously learn and enhance technical knowledge through structured training and mentorship.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in:
  • Mechatronics Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Electronics & Communication Engineering
  • Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
  • Freshers (2025 & 2026 pass-outs) are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Good English communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel for installation and customer support activities, if required.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred

  • Internship or project experience in Industrial Automation, Manufacturing, or Machine Vision.
  • Good knowledge of PLCs, Sensors, Electrical Panels, or Industrial Machines.
  • Familiarity with technical documentation and reporting.
  • Passion for learning new technologies and building a long-term engineering career.
  • Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
