Project Manager (all genders)

Your mission

As Project Manager at Spherity, you will play a key role in orchestrating and delivering complex, high-impact enterprise projects across Europe for our digital product passport solution VERA and our digital identity wallet solution EIDA. You will lead cross-functional project teams, align technical requirements with business goals, and ensure seamless delivery of our trusted digital identity and ecosystem solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver end-to-end B2B implementation projects for enterprise clients, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.  

• Define clear project scopes, detailed roadmaps, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies across the full project lifecycle.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, consortia, and public institutions during project execution.  

• Work with strategic partners, Consulting Firms, and System Integrators in cooperation with our partner management to drive project success.  

• Collaborate closely with product and tech teams to translate customer requirements into actionable specifications and align market needs with product development.  

• Stay informed on emerging developments in digital identity, SSI, and relevant EU regulatory frameworks (e.g., eIDAS 2.0, EU Business Wallet)

Your profile

 Skills:  

• Strong grounding in modern project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall).

• Proven experience managing complex, technical B2B software integrations and enterprise client relationships. 

• Solid understanding of enterprise SaaS, API integration, digital identity, Web3, or related cloud technologies.  

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with relevant digital frameworks and standards (e.g., eIDAS, European Digital Identity) is a strong plus.  

• Team player with a high level of self-motivation, structure, and operational excellence.  

• Can-do attitude in an agile, international, and fast-paced team environment.  

• Proactive, structured, and results-oriented approach to work.   

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Language:  

• Fluent in German and/or English; any other EU language is a plus.  

Location:  

• Remote, based in Germany, is a strong plus.
