Performs key network infrastructure activities to support ARR retention and drive forced exits, optimization initiatives, and technology end‑of‑life programs.
What you will do
Performs network infrastructure implementation by planning, provisioning, and configuring circuits ,Order mgmt support across multiple network technologies to meet customer requirements.
Ensures successful delivery through testing, troubleshooting, and coordination with teams while supporting optimization and end‑of‑life programs.
What we're looking for
Typical tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Strong experience in network infrastructure implementation across SDH, DWDM, OTN, MSP, and Ethernet technologies
- Proven expertise in circuit planning, provisioning, routing, and configuration aligned with customer requirements
- Good understanding of network design (HLD/LLD) and low-level technical planning
- Hands-on experience in testing activities such as continuity, loop, switching, and end-to-end validation
- Experience in order management, including raising planned work and managing delivery timelines
- Ability to execute infrastructure build, migration, and technology end-of-life (EOL) activities
- Strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams (field engineers, NOC, engineering, delivery)
- Familiarity with network management and workflow tools (e.g., XTRAC, Siebel, circuit databases)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities in live network environments
- Effective communication and stakeholder management, including customer interaction
- Focus on quality, KPI adherence, and on-time delivery, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
