Summary of the Role:

Business Process Senior Analyst with strong analytical, documentation and communication skills. Experienced in supporting business process improvement plans, gathering requirements, creating process documentation, and assisting with testing and user training activities. Collaborate with teams, analysing our needs, and supporting ERP and digital transformation projects. Eager to develop expertise in business process integration, enterprise systems, and continuous improvement while contributing to successful project delivery.

About the Role:

  • Lead business process discussions and workshops.
  • Create process flows and Business process procedures
  • Be the functional liaison between business and technology teams.
  • Guide globally aligned business processes and solutions.
  • Support organisational change management activities.
  • Security and authorization testing
  • Support data conversion, cleansing, and validation activities
  • Help design Reports, Forms, Data conversion, Enhancements, Interfaces and User Authorizations
  • Develop test scenarios and test scripts and coordinate testing activities
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet our requirements.
  • Deliver end-user training.
  • Support hypercare and post-go-live stabilisation activities.

About You:

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience

Experience:

  • 5+ years as a Business Integration or Business Analyst
  • 5+ years in Sales and distribution Business Process (OTC)
  • Change impact analysis, test planning and Security, Authorization management
  • End-user management and training
  • SAP, S4 is good to have
  • Project management experience is good to have
  • Customer, Retail or Vendor support experience is good to have
