Full description

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and release workflows across Dev, Stage, QA, and Production environments, following established team standards.
  • Manage Azure DevOps repositories, boards, pipelines, release approvals, and environment controls.
  • Apply source control practices and branching strategies in line with team standards; support deployment gates and automated release processes.
  • Support development teams in pipeline integration and deployment troubleshooting.
  • Support Azure cloud resources, Kubernetes / AKS clusters, containerized workloads, and Docker-based environments.
  • Perform server configuration, patching, infrastructure updates, and operational readiness activities.
  • Assist with infrastructure as code, configuration management, and environment provisioning.
  • Support platform operations for Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, MS SQL, Oracle, Linux, and Windows-based services.
  • Monitor platform health, application performance, Kubernetes resources, Azure services, and automation alerts.
  • Troubleshoot deployment failures, pipeline issues, environment incidents, and service requests within agreed SLAs.
  • Handle low and medium severity support tickets; coordinate escalation as needed.
  • Maintain operational runbooks, deployment procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve delivery consistency.
  • Contribute to root cause analysis, incident post-mortems, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Stay current on DevOps trends, tools, and best practices; recommend enhancements to existing workflows.
  • Support DevSecOps practices and participate in continuous improvement projects under guidance of senior team members.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or any related technical field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in DevOps, cloud operations, system administration, application support, release management, or related technical operations.
  • Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines, build and release automation, deployment troubleshooting, and source control workflows.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, YAML pipeline configuration, PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting tools.
  • Building proficiency in Azure Cloud Platform, Kubernetes / AKS, Docker, Linux, and Windows Server; familiarity with Apache, Solr, DNS, TCP/IP, firewall rules, proxy, and network troubleshooting.
  • Experience with monitoring, alerting, log analysis, performance monitoring, capacity planning, and incident response.
  • Experience supporting Dev, Stage, QA, and Production environments including code deployments, patching, rollback support, and service validation.
  • Experience troubleshooting technical problems, documenting solutions, and contributing to knowledge base repositories.
  • Core technical proficiency in: Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipeline management, YAML, PowerShell / Bash scripting, Kubernetes / AKS, Docker, Azure cloud services, monitoring and alerting tools, and Linux / Windows Server administration.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, MS SQL, Oracle, or similar enterprise digital platforms.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code, configuration management, automation frameworks, and DevSecOps practices is an advantage.
  • Experience with incident management and production support processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to coordinate with technical teams, business users, and support stakeholders.
