Job Description
As a Project Manager, Responsible Supply Chain, you will initially develop and lead Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) supplier-facing supplier engagement. You will also create supplier content and conduct outreach and education. Your responsibilities will include collecting and reporting data needed to support SBTi-aligned target setting, supplier engagement, and setting corporate goals, and other duties as assigned.
You will report to the Operations and Reporting Team Lead and work in at the Rockwell Automation facility in Katowice, Poland.
Your Responsibilities:
- Enablement and collaboration: Develop supplier-facing materials and support SBTi supplier engagement projects with Sustainability team and Strategic Sourcing commodity teams.
- Supplier data collection and campaigns: Lead SBTi supplier communications and campaigns for sustainability data; track responses, escalate gaps, and publish periodic results.
- Supplier outreach and content creation: Develop educational supplier outreach content to expand SBTi participation across our supply base.
- SBTi supplier matching and research: Match supplier master data to public SBTi / commitment data to independently baseline supplier progress on SBTi emissions reporting.
- Dashboards: Develop status dashboards using tools like SharePoint/Teams/Power BI; deliver regular updates for team members and internal partners.
- Scope 3 Reporting: Support the Sustainability team on the compilation, validation, and documentation of SBTi emissions inputs and assumptions for reporting.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in sustainability, supply chain, or related business field.
- 5 or more years of professional experience.
- Project management capabilities with an emphasis on delivering measurable outcomes through data-driven insights, metrics, and performance tracking.
- The ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Knowledge of sourcing and supply chain processes with a data-driven approach
- 3+ years of experience creating educational content for external partners.
- 3+ years of experience compiling and managing structured datasets.
