Rate: $71/hr on W2 (All Inclusive) | $81/hr on 1099/C2C

Position Overview
The Arizona Department of Economic Security (AZDES) is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead / Experience Cloud Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive Salesforce development experience, expertise in Lightning Web Runtime (LWR), Experience Cloud, Salesforce CLI/SFDX, API integrations, and technical leadership. This role requires designing scalable architectures, implementing secure external user experiences, and mentoring development teams while collaborating with business stakeholders.

Required Skills
- 10+ years of Salesforce Development experience
- 5+ years as a Lead Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)
- Experience designing enterprise Experience Cloud architectures
- Expertise with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Web Runtime (LWR)
- Experience with Salesforce CLI (SFDX) and modern Salesforce development tools
- Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and external integrations
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and branching strategies for Salesforce deployments
- Experience with External Identity, SSO, Sharing Rules, Apex Managed Sharing
- Strong Apex, Flow, and Salesforce CMS experience
- Experience integrating Salesforce Data Cloud, AWS, ERP, and Marketing Cloud
- Strong stakeholder communication, architecture, and leadership skills
