Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tester with strong expertise in Salesforce application testing and MuleSoft integration testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in validating Salesforce applications, API testing, end-to-end integration testing, and ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce and external systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test cases for Salesforce applications and MuleSoft integrations.
- Perform Functional, System, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End testing.
- Validate MuleSoft APIs, data transformations, and integrations with Salesforce.
- Execute API testing using Postman, SOAP UI, or similar tools.
- Verify data synchronization between Salesforce and connected applications.
- Perform defect tracking and management using JIRA/ALM.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Integration teams to resolve issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.
- Support UAT and production validation activities.
Essential skills
- 4–7 years of experience in Software Testing.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Testing, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Strong experience in MuleSoft Integration Testing.
- Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, objects, workflows, validation rules, and data migration testing.
- Experience in testing Marketing Cloud functionalities such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and related integrations.
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and API testing using Postman or SOAP UI.
- Experience in Functional, Integration, Regression, System, and End-to-End Testing.
- Good knowledge of SQL/SOQL for backend and data validation.
- Experience with defect management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
