HIRING | DATA SCIENTIST / AI-ML / GEN AI ENGINEER
Location: Gurugram
Experience: 3–4 Years
CTC: Up to ₹25 LPA
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days ONLY
Key Responsibilities:
- Build scalable, production-ready AI systems
- Develop RAG pipelines & AI agent frameworks
- Design LLM workflows with validation & business rules
- Perform model evaluation, data analysis & optimization
- Develop APIs and integrate AI solutions
- Monitor, troubleshoot & improve AI systems
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams
Must-Have Skills:
- 3–4 years building AI/ML applications with strong Python & software engineering skills
- Strong Python proficiency
- RAG architecture & LLM workflows
- AI system design, evaluation, monitoring & optimization
- Production AI application development & deployment
- TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn
- NLP concepts
- API development & integration
- Clean code, debugging, testing & modular design
Good to Have:
- Pinecone / Weaviate / FAISS / ChromaDB
- AWS / Azure / GCP
- Docker & deployment pipelines
- FinTech domain
Candidate Eligibility:
- Delhi NCR/local candidates preferred
- North India candidates ready to relocate may be considered
- F2F interview required after L1 Technical Assessment
