Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting Transfer Agency AML Product Analyst.

The TA AML product team is a dedicated team of AML subject matter experts with our primary role being to develop and maintain the BBH TA AML/CFT and Sanctions program.

The AML Grade 8 Analyst will contribute to all aspects of the program through performance of the key responsibilities outlined below and will report directly to the TA AML Assistant Product Manager.

In our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Work within the TA AMLP team to maintain and develop all elements of  the TA AML/CFT Program, both in written and digital form, ensuring it is robust and in line with AML policies as set out by Compliance
  • Maintenance of a global portal where all policies, procedures and training materials are maintained for easy, version controlled, access by Global TA teams;
  • Assistance with day to day practice questions and escalations that are raised by TA Operations
  • Maintenance and ongoing development of the TA AML/CFT Program Tools and TA AML Policies and Procedures
  • Where Program changes are identified, assist with detailed analysis in order to assess impact and contribute to the development of appropriate solutions
  • Assist in preparation / review of governance materials for Transfer Agency Anti-Money Laundering Governance Committee (TAAG) which facilitates oversight of TA Operations ensuring it is adhering to the TA AML/CFT Program.
  • Assistance with activities linked to Data Destruction including GDPR Data map/DPIA, review/update of data destruction procedures and maintenance of the record retention schedule
  • Support for the Periodic Quality Review Program;
  • Support for TA in its interactions with internal and external assurance functions such as Compliance, Audit, Risk, Regulators etc.;
  • Ad-hoc support within TA AMLP team, including:
  • Reconciliation activities
  • Russia/Belarus Reporting and daily review
  • Assisting with Country Risk rating & Approved lists updates
  • Pre-Cleared list updates
  • Testing

  • BA/MS Degree or professional qualification required
  • AML designations/training
  • A minimum of 5 years of Funds / TA experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Regulatory, Compliance, Risk, Change Management or Audit environment.
