Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Financial Analyst (f/m) to join our Finance Department based in Marignane, France.

Your future missions:
We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our Planning, Reporting & Investor Relations team.
The successful candidate will serve as a critical link between Airbus Helicopters and Airbus Group, providing the top management with the necessary financial insights to steer the business effectively. This position offers high visibility within the organization and involves regular contact with senior executives, providing a unique overview of Airbus Helicopters’ strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the Direct Cash In analysis for Airbus Helicopters perimeter
- Monthly Closings & Actuals analysis
- Prepare and consolidate cash reports, in close relation with Programs and S&S
- Continuous improvement of cash reconciliation (Direct & Indirect methodology) in relation with AH Treasury
- Support to EFDP team on closing exercises, especially the overall analysis of Division FCF
- Maintain a high level of data accuracy
- Forecasting, Planning & Strategic Outlook
- Prepare and consolidate cash reports, in close relation with Programs and S&S
- Organize cash planning exercises in relation with AH Treasury
- Liaise with Programs and EB organization to build the Initial downpayments overview
- Reporting & Communication for Top Management
- Support and improve tools allowing cash consolidation and analysis (usage of AI, Google script)
- Provide management with ad-hoc dashboards, supporting decision-making
- Validate Direct cash in with Treasury and contribute to various
2. AH SAS controlling
- Actuals & Planning
- Propose and implement a framework for France perimeter controlling, in relation with Programs, S&S and Group Costs controlling teams
- Deliver high-level analysis on the France perimeter
- Improve the data quality and ensure the proper entity allocation by controlling
- Reporting & presentations
- Deliver analysis building bridges to explain EBIT deviations and their underlying business reasons
- Presentation to unions and personal representatives
3. Act as Process Improver for the COM-09 process in MyCES tool.
- Ensure the mandatory routines along the year
- Cross collaboration with the CES referent
- Maintain the COM-09 process and its related instructions up-to-date
- Communicate effectively on the process with the entire Finance community
4. Various surveys completion
- Complete surveys for public organizations (GIFAS, GICAT, INSEE) at Airbus Helicopters level
Required Profile & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in a financial analysis, controlling, or corporate finance role
- Strong understanding of financial statements and cash related analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines
- Proven ability to present analysis to a senior management audience
