The Graphic Designer will be responsible for customizing templates – including booklets, newsletters, brochures and postcards – for a wide variety of clients, including universities, hospitals, museums, social service organizations, etc. The Graphic Designer will also work on miscellaneous design projects, including social media banners, ads and, occasionally, video content.
This is a full-time, in-office position with excellent benefits (listed below).

We serve a nationwide client base that includes colleges and universities, healthcare foundations, faith-based organizations, social service agencies, museums, and other nonprofit organizations.
Our products and services include planned giving websites and software, email marketing, print literature, educational resources, promotional videos, and other digital tools. Crescendo's clients are supported by an experienced in-house team of technology, legal, design, marketing, education, and multimedia professionals.
Our clients include UC Irvine, San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles, University of Miami, Air Force Academy Foundation, Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History, Sharp HealthCare Foundation, and The New York Botanical Garden, among many others.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customize templates with images, colors and logo
- Work on miscellaneous design projects
- Occasional video production
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree (any field)
- You must have an online portfolio showing your work
- Excellent design and communication skills
- InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere and PowerPoint
