Full description
Job Requisition ID: 41775
- Be part of market-leading projects with global scale and complexity
- Tackle big issues like cyber, trust, resilience and digital transformation
- We value in-person connection with our teams and clients, with flexibility to balance work and life
What will your typical day look like?
You'll work across DAON identity verification solutions and integrated IAM platforms, providing L2/L3 support for incidents, service requests, and production issues. The work spans application, infrastructure, authentication, and integration troubleshooting across production and non-production environments, with exposure to APIs, mobile platforms, and cloud services. You will also participate in on-call support rotations as required.
A big part of the role is restoring service quickly while looking beyond the immediate fix. That means running root cause analysis, identifying preventive actions, and contributing to upgrades, patching, release deployments, and operational readiness so platforms stay stable, secure, and fit for scale.
Working closely with client stakeholders, vendors, developers, and infrastructure teams, you'll help resolve complex technical issues and improve how support is delivered over time. You'll also contribute to runbooks, knowledge articles, and automation initiatives using tools and scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell to improve reliability and efficiency.
About the team
You'll join Deloitte's CIC IAM Managed Services team, supporting organisations as they operate, improve and evolve their identity and access management environments. The team works across core IAM, PAM and access governance services, helping clients manage risk, improve resilience and keep critical security platforms running well in complex enterprise settings.
Enough about us, let's talk about you
You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:
- Experience supporting DAON, or a comparable identity verification product, within an application support or managed services environment
- Hands-on knowledge of IAM or CIAM platforms such as ForgeRock or Ping Identity
- Experience working with REST APIs, mobile SDK deployments, and web-based solutions across iOS, Android, and desktop environments
- Familiarity with identity and access management, biometrics, digital identity verification, or cryptographic authentication technologies
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, along with CI/CD pipelines and release deployment processes
- Scripting and automation capability using Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with experience across incident, problem, and change management processes
- Nice to have: exposure to Agile and DevOps ways of working, monitoring and observability tools, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, JWT, MFA, biometrics, containerised environments, ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, and secure software development or cybersecurity best practices
