Overview
This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following location(s): NY, NC
This position is responsible for execution of the General Bank Salesforce product road map as defined by the Product Management team in support of business needs and objectives. Reviews business needs, associate feedback, performs quantitative analysis, and monitors industry/technology trends to facilitate development of an effective and efficient CRM solution based on the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud platform. Coordinates all functions of development from conception to implementation and ongoing support. Suggests enhancements, monitors associate experience, and ensures compliance with best practices. Experience working with Consumer, Business Banking & Lending, Treasury, and Merchant services highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Development - Assists in all stages of development for a business product. This includes but is not limited to planning & design, compiling resources, execution, and monitoring product launch. Tracks and reports progress to appropriate parties.
- Product Management - Ensures products are developed and managed with a coordinated strategy. Collaborates with both internal and external parties to implement enhancements and resolve issues.
- Market Analysis - Conducts analysis of market trends including changing regulations, competitor options, and evolving customer needs. Recommends changes based on analysis results to increase profitability and product appeal.
- Customer Engagement - Tracks customer experience through all stages of a product. Develops strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and acquisition.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Product Management OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Product Management. Financial Services Industry experience, preferably in Consumer and Business Banking & Lending, Treasury and Merchant services. Deep understanding of Salesforce functionality and integration options. Strong analytical and data discovery/interpretation skills
License or Certification Type: Salesforce Certification preferred.
If hired in NY, the base pay for this position is generally between $120,000 and $180,000. If hired in NC, the base pay for this position is generally between $100,000 and $160,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses,benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
