About the Role
We’re looking for an Technical Project Manager to join our growing Professional Services Team. This individual will be the primary point of contact during the pre-launch period, leading end-to-end implementation while ensuring scope, quality, and project KPIs are met. You will serve as a solution consultant, bridging the gap between R&D, Product, and the client to ensure global enterprises extract maximum value from our AI-driven orchestration.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end onboarding journey for new global customers, running engaging kickoff calls and Q&A meetings to drive successful product deployment
- Direct and manage day-to-day projects including governance, planning, and stakeholder reporting at customer steer-co meetings while proactively resolving roadblocks to ensure deployments remain on schedule and within scope
- Act as a solution consultant to translate business requirements into a feasible product setup within the HiredScore product
- Build and maintain onboarding materials (playbooks, quick start guides, FAQs) and use deployment feedback to refine best practices and methodologies
- Partner with Data Science, Product, and Customer Success to transition accounts from implementation to long-term adoption, ensuring a smooth handover to Customer Success and Support
About You
Basic Qualifications - *Please read the Business Qualifications carefully and only apply if you meet ALL of the criteria.
- 4+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS solution deployment, specifically within consulting, professional services, or functional implementation
- 4+ years specifically leading complex, large-scale global external client-facing SaaS implementation projects for medium to large enterprises
- Proven ability to take full ownership of projects, operate independently, and manage multiple priorities, timelines, governance and workstreams effectively
- Lead complex conversations and manage senior stakeholder expectations
- Ability to work effectively across both technical and business stakeholders, creating clarity for partners and internal teams even when priorities or requirements are evolving
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and drive resolution
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience delivering AI-enabled solutions, intelligent automation, or ML-powered features within an enterprise context
- Familiarity with NoSQL/SQL database and Postman
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software delivery lifecycle
- Industry knowledge of HR Tech Industry

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $120,000 USD - $180,000 USD
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $114,000 USD - $202,600 USD
