Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of production IT systems, ensuring system availability, stability, performance, and service continuity.
  • Monitor system health, handle alerts, troubleshoot incidents, coordinate emergency recovery, and drive post-incident review and corrective actions.
  • Manage and support infrastructure resources, including servers, cloud resources, databases, middleware, network connectivity, storage, backup, and capacity planning.
  • Participate in production release and change management, including release assessment, deployment support, rollback verification, and post-release monitoring.
  • Build and improve observability capabilities, including monitoring dashboards, log analysis, alert rules, availability metrics, and operational reports.
  • Support security and compliance operations, including account and permission management, vulnerability remediation, security audit support, access control, and third-party system integration review.
  • Maintain operation documents, standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles, and system handover materials to improve operational efficiency and team collaboration.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

Education & Major:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Solid experience in Linux/Unix system administration, shell scripting, system troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
  • Familiar with common middleware and application components, such as Nginx, Tomcat, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server, including troubleshooting, backup and recovery, and performance analysis.
  • Familiar with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, ELK, SkyWalking, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of production release processes, change control, rollback plans, incident response, and operational risk management.
  • Familiar with cloud platforms, virtualization, containers, or Kubernetes is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, DevOps, SRE, infrastructure operations, or related roles. Experience in large-scale enterprise systems, automotive, manufacturing, internet, or financial systems is preferred.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving ability, clear logical thinking, good documentation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with development teams, business teams, security teams, and external vendors.

General Attributes:

  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership for production system stability.
  • Ability to work under pressure during incidents and production changes.
  • Good teamwork spirit and willingness to continuously improve operational standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CI/CD tools, automation scripts, Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in security operations, vulnerability management, access control, or compliance support.
  • Experience with ITIL, ISO 27001, DevOps, SRE, cloud, database, or network-related certifications.
  • Fluent English communication skills; Chinese communication ability is a plus.
