Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a business transformation program supporting the growth and expansion of a multi-site retail and distribution operation. Working closely with project leadership and key business stakeholders, you will play a critical role in gathering requirements, analysing and improving business processes, supporting testing activities, and ensuring successful delivery of new operational capabilities.

This is a hands-on role that will see you involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, from discovery and process mapping through to implementation, business readiness, go-live support, and hypercare. You will engage with stakeholders across multiple functions, translating business needs into practical outcomes while helping drive organisational change in a fast-paced environment.

Success in this role will come from your ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, navigate ambiguity, and deliver high-quality business analysis artefacts that support both strategic and operational objectives. Experience working within regulated industries and complex business transformation environments will be highly regarded.

Qualifications

Strong experience delivering end-to-end Business Analysis activities across business transformation programs.
Proven expertise in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management.
Advanced business process mapping, analysis, and process improvement capabilities.
Experience developing and supporting test strategies, test planning, test execution, and defect management.
Ability to work effectively across multiple business functions and stakeholder groups.
Experience supporting business readiness, operational transition, go-live activities, and hypercare.
Background working within pharmacy, healthcare, retail, distribution, or other regulated environments.
Exposure to business integration, business expansion, organisational change, or merger and acquisition initiatives would be highly regarded.
