Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a business transformation program supporting the growth and expansion of a multi-site retail and distribution operation. Working closely with project leadership and key business stakeholders, you will play a critical role in gathering requirements, analysing and improving business processes, supporting testing activities, and ensuring successful delivery of new operational capabilities.
This is a hands-on role that will see you involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, from discovery and process mapping through to implementation, business readiness, go-live support, and hypercare. You will engage with stakeholders across multiple functions, translating business needs into practical outcomes while helping drive organisational change in a fast-paced environment.
Success in this role will come from your ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, navigate ambiguity, and deliver high-quality business analysis artefacts that support both strategic and operational objectives. Experience working within regulated industries and complex business transformation environments will be highly regarded.
Qualifications
- Strong experience delivering end-to-end Business Analysis activities across business transformation programs.
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management.
- Advanced business process mapping, analysis, and process improvement capabilities.
- Experience developing and supporting test strategies, test planning, test execution, and defect management.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple business functions and stakeholder groups.
- Experience supporting business readiness, operational transition, go-live activities, and hypercare.
- Background working within pharmacy, healthcare, retail, distribution, or other regulated environments.
- Exposure to business integration, business expansion, organisational change, or merger and acquisition initiatives would be highly regarded.
