Responsibilities:

  • Provide PKI infrastructure operations and maintenance, including certificate lifecycle and cryptographic key management.
  • Support security monitoring, incident handling, and user assistance activities.
  • Contribute to PKI architecture improvements and integration with cloud and identity management solutions.
  • Manage security logging and monitoring platforms, including logging strategy, threat intelligence integration, use-case engineering, and security orchestration.
  • Perform vulnerability management activities, including scanning, risk prioritisation, remediation gonvernance, exposure analysis, and reporting.
  • Support application security operations testing, including SAST and DAST, platform management, findings coordination, and automation.
  • Operate and maintain PAM platforms, including privileged account lifecycle management, segregation controls, access reviews, credential management, and compliance support.
  • Develop, implement, maintain, test, and upgrade cybersecurity solutions and controls.
  • Monitor the effectiveness and performance of cybersecurity controls and ensure secure operation of security technologies.
  • Draft documentation and standard operating procedures, update technical documentation, and support stakeholders in defining and negotiating security requirements.
  • Provide expertise, guidance, and secure configuration recommendations for security tools and processes.
  • Handle escalated incidents and service requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain accurate ticket updates.
  • Support users and customers on cybersecurity-related matters and secure system configurations.
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. 
  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional IT experience, out of which at least 8 years of in cybersecurity, security operations, or a similar role
  • At least 3 certifications among: GCED, GPPA, GCWN, GCUX, GCCC, SSCP, CCSP, CISSP, CSSLP, GSEC, ECSA, SCPO, or equivalent internationally recognised certifications are accepted
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, methodologies, best practices, controls, threats, risks, and security technologies.
  • Good understanding of secure development lifecycle (SDLC), security architecture principles, and security-by-design and privacy-by-design approaches.
  • Knowledge of legal, regulatory, compliance, and governance requirements related to cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with Privacy-Enhancing Technologies (PETs) and modern cybersecurity solutions and trends.
  • Ability to analyse business and user requirements, create security architectures and specifications, and design resilient security solutions.
  • Experience in security solution integration, control selection, and stakeholder management.
  • Very good command of English (minimum C1 level).
