Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The Financial Planning Analyst, FP&A Cost (Canada) is responsible for supporting period close, forecast, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) activities across PepsiCo Foods Canada (PFC). This role plays a critical part in delivering cost performance insights, consolidating financial inputs, maintaining planning models, and ensuring data accuracy across financial systems. The analyst partners closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Functional Finance teams to provide actionable cost analysis, support strategic planning initiatives, and drive informed business decision-making.

Your Impact

As Financial Planning Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Close Cost Insights; consolidation of cost feedback via cost close package model
  • Close PBR Presentation – Period Cost scorecard & trends
  • Cost Forecast – rollup functional cost loads in mosaic into SAF model
  • AOP Close Build Lead
  • Own bi-weekly connects with commercial teams
  • Own AOP playbook model to consolidate cost inputs for both FLC & QFC
  • Cost VPM Model

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and planning
  • Experience in financial analysis
  • Strong excel skills, working on a P&L, core financial planning experience
  • Detail-oriented; organized in approach and in document maintenance
  • Ability to function well in a team environment
  • Advanced English is a must
