Your role
As a Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for developing and supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns, automation solutions, and Salesforce platform capabilities across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and CRM Analytics. Your role will combine hands-on development with technical liaison responsibilities, supporting business and vendor teams, translating requirements into scalable solutions, and ensuring reliable operations within agreed service windows and support processes.
Your project
You will join a Salesforce support project focused on Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and CRM Analytics in a large-scale enterprise environment. The team supports campaign execution, automation, data management, analytics, integrations, and vendor coordination while ensuring platform stability across a 12-hour service window and rotational on-call model.
Your tasks
- developing and maintaining Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions, including campaign automation, personalization logic, and platform configuration;
- working hands-on with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, CRM Analytics, and selected Service Cloud support processes;
- building data-driven solutions using Apex, AMPscript, SSJS, SQL queries, APIs, and Salesforce CLI for deployment and operational support;
- translating marketing and business requirements into technical solutions while collaborating with marketing teams, analysts, testers, vendors, and the project team;
- configuring data extensions, audience segmentation, A/B testing, campaign performance analytics, and automation improvements aligned with best practices;
- providing Salesforce support, handling incidents and problem tickets, and acting as a technical liaison with vendors for platform-related topics;
- working within a 12-hour service window, 07:00–19:00 UK time / 08:00–20:00 CET, and participating in rotational on-call support;
- performing 100% office-based work from the Gdańsk / Wrocław office, 5 days per week.
Your profile
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud development;
- strong practical knowledge of Marketing Cloud modules: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder;
- proficiency in Apex, CRM Analytics, Salesforce CLI, SQL queries, and Salesforce platform development best practices;
- experience with AMPscript, SSJS, REST/SOAP APIs, and integrations supporting data management and campaign personalization;
- experience with data extensions, audience segmentation, A/B testing, campaign performance analytics, and data governance standards;
- ability to collaborate with marketing and business teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders in Agile-driven delivery and support environments;
- communicative English skills and readiness to work in a 100% office-based model within the required service window;
- readiness to participate in a rotational on-call support schedule and support operational continuity for Salesforce services.
