This role will build semantic views in our Snowflake-based enterprise data warehouse and use them to develop analytics and dashboards in Sigma, our BI platform. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to understand their questions, then translate those questions into clean, well-modeled data and intuitive visualizations.

This is a junior-to-mid level role, ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in data analytics with a clear path toward analytics engineering, including tools like dbt and Dagster, as they grow.

  • Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and iterate on deliverables
  • Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Collaboration & Growth

  • Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders in a fast-paced, highly collaborative team
  • Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve data and dashboard quality
  • Contribute to a learning-oriented team environment
  • Pursue growth opportunities into analytics engineering, this could include activities such as working with established tooling such as dbt and Dagster to working on special projects with senior staff from other teams and/or departments.

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., economics, computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics) or equivalent experience
  • Solid SQL skills, ideally with experience in Snowflake or a similar cloud data warehouse
  • Experience building dashboards or reports in a modern BI tool (Sigma experience a plus)
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and translating business logic into queries
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to balance speed and rigor in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with version control (Git) a plus
