Requirements

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

As the Solution Engineer Security, you will:

  • Assist our Solution Engineering team on projects delivered through our reseller and system integrator channel.
  • Deliver Proofs of Concept in live network environments.
  • Give demo presentations of our products.
  • Deliver technical training and professional services.
  • After training on our high-end products, you will provide technical support for the vendors and solutions in our portfolio.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Solution Engineer Security:

  • IT graduate or higher.
  • At least around 4 years of field experience.
  • Practical knowledge of IT network design and principles, including routing and switching.
  • Affinity with network security, including forward/reverse proxy, web filtering, and authentication.
  • Ability to combine technical knowledge with commercial skills.
  • Fluent spoken and written Dutch, English and French.
  • Analytical approach to managing issues and tasks.
  • Flexible and proactive mindset.
  • Strong motivation to continuously grow on a technical level through training courses, self-study, and hands-on experience.
