As an AES Salesforce Developer – Senior Associate- Operate, you will focus on connecting Salesforce with other systems, applications, or databases to enable seamless data flow and process automation. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will design, develop, and implement integration solutions using various technologies and tools, such as Salesforce APIs, middleware platforms, and web services. This role involves analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills to respond effectively to diverse perspectives and use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. Responsibilities

- Designing and implementing Salesforce integration solutions using Salesforce APIs and middleware platforms - Developing and customizing Salesforce applications to optimize operational efficiency for clients - Analyzing client needs to provide tailored software solutions and seamless integration - Managing and automating processes to enable efficient data flow between Salesforce and other systems - Utilizing RESTful API and web services for effective system integration and data management - Conducting integration analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation - Collaborating with clients to understand their strategic objectives and align solutions accordingly - Providing training and support to clients for effective utilization of Salesforce applications - Maintaining professional and technical standards in all client engagements - Building meaningful client relationships to anticipate needs and deliver quality solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Information Technology, Management Information Systems

• Knowledge in Salesforce flows, Lightning components, APEX, SOQL, ETL migration tools, REST & SOAP web services.

- Proficient in overseeing a support ticketing queue with multiple open items, demonstrating strong written and oral communication skills;

• Capable of leading team and client status meetings and extracting relevant metrics; • Handles client relationships, enabling effective communication;

• Offers functional and/or technical subject matter expertise; AES Salesforce Senior Associate (Sr. Analyst) - Operate

• Participates in process and/or redesign efforts;

- At least one of the following: One or more Salesforce certifications aligned to system integration delivery, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant, Integration Architecture Designer, or Platform Developer I - Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce APIs and Salesforce Customization - Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex integration challenges - Embracing change and demonstrating learning agility in dynamic environments - Developing integration architecture implementation strategies for client solutions - Excelling in communication and teamwork to build meaningful client relationships
