- Collaborates with the General Manager and business development in setting the strategy for the growth and development of the product line and in defining the product positioning, offer and pricing, in line with the market expectation.
- Analyses and identifies the market potentiality, cooperating with the sales team in order to estimate potential sales and activate the appropriate distribution channels.
- Manages and provides technical support to the sales team, participating to visits to customers, promoting the products, identifying the most appropriate solutions and carrying out training activities on their correct application.
- Research and report on market intelligence, through market surveys as required, ensuring that Management is kept informed of changes in the market which will affect its performance
- Work in collaboration with R&D to identify and test products through trials and industrial tests, determining the parameters of the products formulation and application of the product.
- Work in conjunction with Marketing, Operations and Technical Assistance Departments in the development of all packaging designs, product literature, labels, and material development and seek approval from the relevant stakeholders to ensure corporate and regional alignment.
- Train all internal staff on details relevant to the product line.
- Provide reports of all progress items throughout the month.
