We’re looking for a Project Contract Manager to drive contract strategy and protect project value in complex, high-impact mobility projects. This role sits at the core of project delivery, ensuring commercial performance, mitigating risks, and enabling smarter decision-making.

Your role, your impact
- Lead contract and claim management activities across the project lifecycle
- Define and implement Contract Management Strategy Plans (CMSP)
- Drive risk reviews and mitigation strategies on a regular basis
- Manage variations, claims, extensions of time (EoTs) and contractual notices
- Ensure compliance with contract, claims and insurance management standards (CCIM)
- Support negotiations with customers, partners and suppliers
- Monitor contractual obligations, milestones and project performance
- Prepare and manage documentation for claims, disputes (e.g. DAB) and litigation support
- Collaborate transversally with project teams, legal, procurement and finance
You’ll work with multidisciplinary teams across project management, engineering, finance and legal - solving complex contractual challenges that directly impact project success.
What you bring
- Degree in Law, Engineering, Finance, Economics or related field
- Strong experience in contract/claim management or project management (10+ years preferred)
- Knowledge of Portuguese law and public procurement (CCP)
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- Ability to interpret complex contractual and technical documentation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in multinational engineering or infrastructure projects (a plus)
- Spanish or French (a plus)
