Who we are looking for

We are currently seeking a Salesforce Implementer to join our Information Systems team and lead the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of Salesforce solutions across the organization.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design scalable solutions, configure Salesforce applications, and support the successful adoption of CRM processes that improve business efficiency and user experience.

What you will do

• Lead Salesforce implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with business users to analyze processes and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and user interfaces.
• Support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Perform testing, user training, and documentation activities to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of Salesforce applications.
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure data quality, system reliability, and adherence to best practices within the Salesforce environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience implementing and configuring Salesforce CRM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Administration, including security, reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation tools.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Developer background - advantage.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration projects - advantage.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator) – advantage.
• Understanding of CRM best practices and business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Good written and spoken English
