The Project Echo & Telehealth Program Manager leads Adams Health’s participation in Project ECHO and related telehealth programs, including planning, partner engagement, implementation, coordination, and tracking of program outcomes and activities.
This is a grant-funded, time-limited position dependent on continued RHTP/GROW grant funding and organizational need. Future funding is not guaranteed.
Requirements:
10 hours per week - First Shift
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Education, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical education, population health, telehealth, Project ECHO, program management, or chronic disease improvement preferred.
