Position Overview:

We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager who thrives on turning ideas into action and keeping people moving in the same direction. Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Project Execution: Take full project life-cycle ownership, ensuring the successful planning, implementation, and deployment of one major initiative or several minor initiatives simultaneously for both internal teams and external clients.
  • Planning & Resource Allocation: Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables. Develop high-level and detailed project plans, defining specific tasks and managing resource allocations.
  • Cross-Discipline Team Coordination: Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, keeping all parties aligned, accountable, and on track with project requirements, schedules, and deadlines.
  • Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify, record, and mitigate project risks and dependencies that could impact on-time delivery, quality, or budget constraints.
  • Status Reporting & Communication: Prepare insightful status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing progress data. Assist with internal and external communications and organize structured updates for key stakeholders.
  • Quality & Sponsor Acceptance: Oversee the submission of project deliverables, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and securing final sponsor acceptance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, junior project management, or handling cross-functional team workflows.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, clear written and verbal communication, and a knack for tracking dependencies across teams.
  • Tools: Working knowledge of project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and standard collaboration software.
  • Certifications (Bonus): CAPM, intro Scrum certifications, or familiar understanding of Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
