  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Guidewire PolicyCenter configurations and integrations.
  • Conduct gap analysis between current-state processes and target-state Guidewire capabilities.

Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration

  • Workflow and activity configuration
  • Policy issuance, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals
  • Support configuration of submission, quote, bind, and issuance workflows across personal and/or commercial lines.

Project Delivery

  • Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, use cases, and traceability matrices.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies — sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog in coordination with the Product Owner.
  • Drive UAT planning, test case preparation, defect triage, and sign-off with business users.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, IT delivery teams, and the Guidewire implementation partner.
  • Facilitate workshops, JAD sessions, and stakeholder interviews to gather and validate requirements.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Integration & Data

  • Support analysis of PolicyCenter integrations with billing systems, claims, document management, rating engines, and third-party data providers.
  • Work with data teams to define data migration requirements and validate conversion data quality.
