Job Description
Technical Project Manager | Brazil
Lead hands-on healthcare interoperability implementations across Latin America, combining technical expertise, customer leadership, and project delivery to expand the Care Intelligence Platform portfolio.
Your role:
- Lead customer implementations from initiation through stabilization, including planning, risk and schedule management, user acceptance testing, cutover readiness, hypercare, post-go-live support, and clear customer communication.
- Install, upgrade, and configure Capsule Medical Device Information Platform (MDIP), perform onsite hardware configuration, and validate Health Level-7 (HL7), and SQL-based integrations.
- Provide technical sales and solution architecture support, including demonstrations, requirements qualification, architecture diagrams, interface specifications, integration patterns, and non-functional requirements.
- Partner with clinical, information technology, biomedical, sales, engineering, support, resellers, and subcontractors to translate healthcare workflows into successful integration solutions and acceptance criteria.
- Support customers across Latin America, with occasional work in other international markets, and travel 50% to 70% for implementations, training, customer events, and trade shows.
You’re the right fit if:
- You are fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English and have 5+ years of experience working across Latin America.
- You’ve acquired 5+ years of hands-on experience installing and configuring healthcare IT applications.
- Your skills include HL7 version 2 messaging, clinical workflows, SQL queries and troubleshooting, Windows Server log analysis, networking, certificates, and public or private cloud deployments.
- You have experience working with Clinical Information Systems in hospital environments and can engage effectively with clinical, technical, biomedical, and third-party stakeholders.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent field, and are comfortable traveling 50% to 70%.
