Your Impact 

As a Sr. Software Developer you will make decisions based on established practices. You will work under general guidance with progress reviewed on a regular basis. You will contribute as a team member and take responsibility for own work commitments and take part in project / functional problem-solving. You will also be involved in cross-team planning activities such as providing status updates and coordinating activities.

What the Role Offers 

• Produce high-quality code according to design specifications.
• Utilize analytical skills to troubleshoot and fix complex code defects.
• Software design/coding for a functional requirement, ensure quality and adherence to company standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to plan and prioritize tasks for others to support the achievement of team objectives.
• Work across teams and functional roles to ensure interoperability among other products, including training and consultation.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and escalates issues when necessary.
• Participate in the software development process from design to release in an Agile Development Framework.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, accelerate code development, support code reviews, and enhance software quality.
• Contribute to the development of AI-enabled product features by collaborating on design, implementation, testing, and integration of intelligent capabilities into enterprise applications.

 What you need to Succeed     

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 6+ years of enterprise product development experience
• Web based platform/application development
• Fundamentally good programming and debugging skills
• Proficiency in JavaScript, JQuery, Angular, Typescript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm and Any database
• Some exposure to Cloud technologies usage and deployments would be good (AWS, GCP, Azure etc.)
• Experience in building and consuming webservices in microservices architecture (using Design Patterns) would be good.
• Understanding of performance and security in the mobile and enterprise context
• A strong understanding of Application Architecture, High level and Low level design
• Responsive design and Agile methodologies
• Good programming and analytical practices with solid object-oriented development experience.
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Experience or strong interest in using AI-assisted engineering tools for coding, debugging, documentation, test generation, and developer productivity improvements.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts, generative AI, LLM-based application development, prompt engineering, or integrating AI capabilities into enterprise software solutions would be an added advantage.
