Essential:
- Salesforce System Development & Administration
- Lead design and development within all Salesforce Clouds
- Create complex product models, pricing matrices, and context rules within the CPQ framework
- Design and develop guided customer experiences using OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards)
- Perform advanced programmatic customization using Apex Classes, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Design and maintain secure integrations between all Salesforce Clouds and external systems via REST APIs and Mulesoft
- Ensure code quality and scalability through rigorous technical design reviews
- System Governance & Innovation
- Research Salesforce.com releases and updates to make proactive system recommendations
- Implement emerging Salesforce capabilities, including Artificial Intelligence (e.g. AgentForce), to optimize workflows
- Oversee organization-wide DevOps practices and complex deployments using available tools
- Provide high-level oversight for all Salesforce Clouds & Products in use by Arvig
- Ensure all application configuration and code are optimized for performance and scalability
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate telecommunications requirements into technical specifications
III. Salesforce System Operations & Oversight
- Support the "Customer Experience (CX) First" initiative in all technical solutions
- Guide the work of junior administrators, providing mentorship and design guidance
- Guide Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
- Create and maintain extensive technical documentation and platform roadmaps
- Assist with high-level production support issues requiring deep programmatic troubleshooting
- Identify and implement proactive system maintenance
- Oversee user and license management including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, groups, etc.
Education and experience requirements
- Bachelor degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field required, as well as 5 years work experience that includes
- Salesforce administration or development experience, salesforce sales cloud experience, salesforce communications cloud (vlocity) (24 mo), salesforce marketing cloud (24 mo), mulesoft (24 mo), salesforce field service lightning + (24 mo), salesforce experience cloud (24 mo)
Use of the following tools (from work experience):
- Communications Cloud: Vlocity CPQ, Order Management
- Automation Tools: OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
- Core Development: Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript
- Integrations: REST API, Mulesoft
- DevOps: Copado, VS Code, Workbench
- Artificial Intelligence: AgentForce, Prompt Builder
Experience creating and maintaining documentation for requirements, solution designs, test scripts, and training guides
Experience proactively resolving issues in a Salesforce environment
Experience in change management and governance
Experience with DevOps/release management

- Understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL)

Compensation $124,594-$142,486/annually
Worksite
Job is fully remote, but location authorization is limited to only a few states where Arvig authorizes employment; employer HQ is noted as worksite location
