Role Summary
The Data Analyst keeps finance data accurate, organized, and reporting-ready across the finance organization. This is a data management and reporting role first. The analyst pulls, cleans, and maintains finance data from across the business and turns it into dependable KPI reporting and dashboards, with all finance data in purview. As lighter support, the analyst maintains the inputs for headcount, non-compensation expense, and variable compensation, including help putting together comp plans. Based in Pakistan, the analyst partners closely with FP&A and accounting teammates to keep that data clean, current, and dependable.
Finance Data Management and Reporting:
- Pull, clean, and validate finance data from the ERP, HRIS, CRM, and data warehouse.
- Build and maintain recurring KPI reporting and dashboards across the finance organization.
- Own the accuracy and integrity of finance data used for reporting and decisions.
- Improve reporting through automation, documentation, and consistent data standards.
- Support FP&A and Accounting with ad hoc data requests across revenue, bookings, cash, and balance sheet data.
Additional Support:
- Maintain headcount data and inputs, reconciling records across the HRIS, general ledger, and FP&A.
- Maintain non-compensation expense data and inputs, keeping coding and categorization consistent.
- Maintain variable compensation data and inputs, and help put together comp plans as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, data analytics, or a related field.
- Zero to two years of experience in a finance, accounting, or data analysis role, including internships.
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data cleanup.
- Solid grasp of core finance and accounting concepts, such as budgets, accruals, and variances.
- Strong attention to detail and a habit of checking work for accuracy.
- Clear written and spoken English, with the ability to work across US time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with an ERP or general ledger system, such as NetSuite.
- Experience with a BI or data tool, such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
- Exposure to FP&A, budgeting, or forecasting work.
- Familiarity with SaaS finance metrics and reporting.
- Experience using AI tools to support data and reporting work, especially Claude.

Working Conditions:
- Works an overnight shift in Pakistan to stay aligned with US business hours.
- Required to work on-site in the Pakistan office, Monday through Friday.
- Full-time schedule, partnering across Finance, HR, Sales, and Accounting.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
