Job Title: YBI02I– Technical Writer - SERRM (Safety, Epidemiology, Registries, Risk Management)
Brief Description: Responsible for creating, writing, a variety of program reports specifically relative but not limited to Knowledge, Attitudes, and Behavior (KAB) Survey outcomes. This position supports the KAB team who is responsible for all aspects of the KAB program operations. In addition, this position may support other writing aspects among other program functions as needed.
Specific job duties:
- Provide technical writing support to the KAB program operations team:
a) Develop, revise, and finalize KAB reports
b) Evaluate Tables and Listings once generated to ensure all descriptive information aligns with source files
c) Review and provide commentary on Survey Analysis Plans/Table Specifications Document
d) Review and provide commentary on draft protocols and surveys
- Works directly with the KAB operations team.
- Facilitates internal and client reviews of draft documents as well as meetings, presenting documents and revising per team requests.
- Other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- College degree
- 4 – 6 years of work experience
- Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Previous experience working with cross functional departments to research and resolve issues using innovative solutions
- Ability to work from home if needed
- Ability to work without immediate direction or supervision and rely on independent judgement
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines
- Focus on quality and service
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage a dynamic workload
- Well organized with strong project management skills
