Team Leadership
• Directly manage a team of Salesforce developers and QA/analyst staff
• Own hiring, performance management, and growth planning for the team
• Balance team capacity across production support, enhancement work, and platform modernization
Release & Production Management
• Own the release calendar and release management process, including scoping, testing, freeze windows, and rollback planning
• Serve as the escalation point for production issues and break/fix work
• Own security and compliance remediation for the Salesforce org
Delivery & Prioritization
• Own a single intake process for all Salesforce work — helpdesk requests, business stakeholder asks, and enhancement initiatives
• Translate business requests into well-scoped Jira epics/stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Make prioritization calls across competing demands, in partnership with business stakeholders
Product & Platform Direction
• Develop deep working knowledge of our Salesforce data model, recruitment package software implementation, and integration architecture
• Partner with business stakeholders to shape the near-term roadmap for the platform
• Manage vendor relationships tied to the Salesforce ecosystem tools
Required
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including at least 2 years in a management or team lead capacity
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture: Apex, Flow, LWC, security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, guest user access), and integration patterns
• Demonstrated experience running release management processes for a business-critical Salesforce org
• Experience triaging and prioritizing competing demands across production support, enhancement requests, and strategic initiatives
• Strong written and verbal communication — able to translate between technical implementation detail and business stakeholder priorities
• Comfortable owning security-sensitive remediation work and driving it to completion under time pressure
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to maintain regular attendance and work all hours necessary or required
Strongly Preferred
• Experience in a staffing, recruiting, or professional services environment
• Familiarity with recruitment package/ATS software is a strong plus
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer)
• Experience partnering with a separate AI/innovation function, including reviewing AI-generated feature specs for production feasibility
