The Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst will provide consultation related to improving operational and financial performance. Lead development of annual department financial plan, business analysis, business plan development, monthly performance reviews, KPI development and financial modeling.

Required Qualifications: Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst

•    Minimum of three years operations, financial analysis or accounting experience required. •    Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field required. •    Possess a strong knowledge of financial management and accounting theory and practice including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, profit and loss, and budgeting required. •    Demonstrate an understanding of health system operations. •    Working knowledge of third-party reimbursement practices for hospitals and physicians required •    Proven financial and analytical skills, including knowledge of cost behavior principles required. •    Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) •    Excellent oral and written communication skills for explaining financial recommendations. •    Highly motivated and independent to take action with minimal direction or supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

•    Prior relevant work experience in a healthcare setting.  •    Experience with Tableau or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools •    Master's degree in business, accounting or public health preferred.
