[What the role is]

This is a 11-mth temp contract with the Water Reclamation (Network) Department.

[What you will be working on]

  • Support the tracking, recording, and reporting of maintenance and operational activities for pumping installations.
  • Upkeep asset records and maintenance documentation to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in tidying up and organising the team's data depository and common folders to ensure information is well-maintained and readily accessible.
  • Support the team in liaising with contractors on the progress of maintenance, repairs, and rectification works for pumping installations.
  • Assist in site coordination and inspections and provide administrative follow-up for ongoing maintenance and operational activities, including reviewing and executing remote supervision for maintenance activities.

[What we are looking for]

  • Degree in any of these fields: (i) Mechanical, (ii) Civil or (iii) Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • Fit and able to work outdoors and carry out site work
  • Comfortable working in a used water environment
  • Able to respond to urgent situations outside normal working hours on short notice
  • Self-driven, with a positive, can-do attitude
