Position Summary
DJM Product Design is seeking a highly motivated Print / General Manager with a strong interest in 3D printing, product development, and customer service. This role combines project coordination, client communication, and day-to-day operational management. Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with company management to support daily operations and business goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.
- Schedule projects and coordinate project timelines.
- Organize and lead project review meetings.
- Coordinate workflow between design, printing, and manufacturing activities.
- Monitor project progress and keep clients informed of milestones.
- Assist with production scheduling and quality control.
- Support the growth and continuous improvement of company operations.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in 3D printing, manufacturing, and product development.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
