What we'd like to see in a candidate:
Proficiency in Rust, including syntax, features, and standard library.
Experience in web development with HTTP protocols and RESTful API design.
Knowledge of distributed systems and middleware (MySQL, Redis, Kafka).
Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, networks, and operating systems.
Familiarity with financial transaction systems and compliance regulations.
Excellent English communication skills, especially speaking skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to adapt to changing technical requirements and learn new technologies.
Bonus points if you:
Have open-source project contributions and community involvement.
Experience with other languages (e.g., Go, Java) and multi-language environments.
Knowledge of cloud computing and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, and smart contracts.
