We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Team! Turn supply chain data into smarter decisions, optimise inventory and make a real impact in a supportive team with great culture and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate, clean, consistent vendor, item, and inventory replenishment master data records.
  • Analyse supplier price changes to evaluate the financial impact to the business and ensure supplier pricing remains accurate and up to date within the ERP.
  • Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and reports as well as interpret the data and trends to provide insights to the business to support procurement & supply chain decision making.
  • Analysis of inventory levels and supply trends to support inventory optimisation to prevent shortages and reduce slow moving and obsolete inventory
  • Coordinate reviews of slow moving and obsolete stock by working with the Category Manager to identify actions to reduce.
  • Provide root cause analysis of stock outs and work with the relevant Buyer to review and implement corrective actions
  • Identify potential products that could be sourced from overseas suppliers, taking into account stock turns, MOQs and containerisation.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in SAP Public Cloud, Power BI & Databricks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems and experience using CRM software.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Participate in necessary training specific to your role.
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate, analyse, and transform data
