We are looking for a motivated Junior Data & AI Engineer to join our growing Data & AI team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone at the beginning of their career who is passionate about data, software development, and artificial intelligence. You will work alongside experienced engineers and consultants to help build data pipelines, support analytics solutions, and contribute to innovative AI initiatives. This is a great opportunity to develop hands-on experience with modern data engineering tools and technologies while working on projects that create real business value.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or graduating soon).
- Basic knowledge of Python programming.
- Understanding of data structures, databases, and SQL fundamentals.
- Interest in data engineering, analytics, and AI technologies.
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and work in a collaborative environment.
- Fluent communication skills in English.
Nice to have:
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud through coursework, projects, or internships.
- Experience with personal, academic, or internship projects involving data analytics, machine learning, or AI.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Understanding of ETL concepts and data pipelines.
- Exposure to AI frameworks, machine learning libraries, or Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Participation in hackathons, university projects, open-source contributions, or technical communities.
- Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Assist in data preparation, transformation, and integration activities.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders on data and AI projects.
- Help ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across systems.
- Contribute to the automation of data-related processes and workflows.
- Support the development of APIs and services that enable data access and integration.
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring of data solutions.
- Learn and apply best practices in data engineering, software development, and AI technologies.

Salary range offered starts at 1890 EUR for full time position, may vary based on your seniority level, skills and experience. Part-time is also possible based on an agreement.
