At Roche, we offer a hybrid work model that combines flexibility with in-person collaboration. For now, we require our employees to be in our offices on average two days per week. As a Business Operations Analyst, you will independently manage end-to-end business operations workstreams, tackling complex problems with emerging ambiguity. You will demonstrate a strong understanding of RDT DATA and AI functions’ vision and their interdependencies, applying advanced tools and techniques to translate requirements into strategic implementation plans. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams analysing, planning and executing the implementation of business operations processes within the function, such as compliance and quality adherence, performance dashboards, vendor management processes, organizational effectiveness related implementations etc. You will also be shaping stakeholder perspectives, handling interdependencies, and significantly contributing to the design and validation of effective business operations.

The Opportunity:
- Drive End-to-End Workstreams: Independently lead complex business operations workstreams from concept through execution, navigating ambiguity with confidence.
- Deliver Strategic Value: Translate business requirements into actionable implementation plans and long-term solution roadmaps that align with overarching business goals.
- Serve as a Trusted Advisor: Build strong relationships with diverse cross-functional stakeholders, facilitating workshops, resolving conflicts, and guiding strategic alignment.
- Lead Deep-Dive Analyses: Perform comprehensive research and root-cause analyses to solve operational challenges and establish high-quality requirements.
- Optimize Core Operations: Plan and execute essential business operations processes, including compliance, quality adherence, performance dashboards, and organizational effectiveness.
- Elevate Best Practices: Proactively adapt standard frameworks, refine team workflows, and implement creative improvements to achieve operational excellence.
- Manage Complex Environments: Evaluate solution impacts systematically across immediate and long-term business dimensions within a broader product ecosystem.
- Foster Synergy: Collaborate across RDT sub-functions and key business partners (Finance, P&C, Procurement) to manage interdependencies and maximize process efficiency.
Who you are:
- Educated Background: Educated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven Track Record: 5+ years of Business Analysis/Consultancy experience, with at least 3+ years within life sciences, pharma, or the assigned business function supported.
- Workstream Ownership: Demonstrated experience independently managing end-to-end BA workstreams, handling ambiguous requirements, and evaluating strategic solution options.
- Core BA Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Business Analysis/Consultancy concepts, with strong proficiency in requirements elicitation, documentation, traceability, and change management.
- Analytical & Technical Skillset: Able to independently apply tools, principles, and techniques related to requirements, data, usability, and process analysis to boost operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder & Change Champion: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, coupled with a solid understanding of organizational change management.
- Domain Extras: Experience in Service Delivery Management, ITSM, risk and compliance, or vendor management is considered a strong plus.

Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 170,100.00 PLN - 315,900.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 15% subject to both individual and company performance.
