We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to provide valuable insights and inform decision-making within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for using data to drive positive change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize data from various sources, including electronic medical records, surveys, and other databases
- Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies
- Analyze data using statistical methods and present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Identify trends and patterns in data to inform decision-making and improve processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide recommendations for data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and monitor data integrity
- Continuously monitor and evaluate data quality to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
- Experience with electronic medical records and healthcare data is a plus
- Ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
