The key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
- Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Managing change to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Reporting and escalate to management as needed
- Performing risk management to minimize project risks
- Creating and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Meeting with clients to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Developing spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
The key requirements of this role are:
- 3-5 years of experience with proven track record in project management in banking and /or consulting
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance & Economics or related discipline
- Professional qualifications such as PMP or Prince 2, will be consider as a strong asset
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management, from conception to delivery
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Capable of working well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English
