About the opportunity  As a Systems Support Analyst, you will support and enhance business systems while working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, improve processes, and deliver technology solutions that support operational success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering end-user support and troubleshooting while driving user engagement and effective system adoption.
  • Administration of SAP security roles and access, improving governance and efficiency
  • Supporting and enhancing SAP S/4HANA and related business system integrations.
  • Investigating business challenges and gathering technical and non-technical requirements.
  • Translating business needs into clear, detailed solution requirements.
  • Testing, validating, and documenting system changes and enhancements.
  • Analysing the impact of business process and system changes.
  • Supporting continuous improvement and business optimisation initiatives.
  • Working across multiple projects and technology improvement programmes.

About you

You are a proactive, solutions-focused professional with SAP knowledge and a passion for improving business processes through technology. You will bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in business analysis, systems support, or a similar role – ideally in a operational environment (such as manufacturing or supply chain)
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience with business analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong planning, organisation, and time management abilities.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive, results-focused approach with a strong customer service mindset.
