Lifecycle Marketing Manager Full-Time · Remote (US)Jeppesen ForeFlight Jeppesen ForeFlight builds industry-leading aviation software used by pilots, aircraft operators, and major airlines worldwide. As a high-growth, private equity-backed company, we are focused on scaling our operations, strengthening our financial infrastructure, and driving operational excellence across the business. Our team combines deep domain expertise with a collaborative, high-performance culture to solve complex challenges and support continued growth. Full-Time · Remote (US)
About the role We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own how we market to customers after the sale: the campaigns and programs that keep customers engaged, renewing, and growing. You'll sit at the intersection of marketing and customer success, translating where a customer is in their journey into the right message at the right moment. This role a great fit for someone with a few years of marketing experience who has proven they can run programs and is now hungry for more scope: the chance to own a strategy end to end, work directly with cross-functional partners, and grow into a broader lifecycle leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Design the customer lifecycle marketing strategy. Build and own a lifecycle marketing framework that maps
the full post-sale journey (onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal) and defines the marketing actions that move customers forward at each stage.
- Partner with Customer Success. Work hand in hand with the CS team to pinpoint where each customer sits in the lifecycle, align on health and risk indicators, and coordinate marketing and CS touchpoints so customers
get one coherent experience.
- Define and track account-based signals. Determine which behavioral, product-usage, and engagement signals
indicate renewal risk, expansion readiness, or disengagement, then build the tracking and segmentation to act on them.
- Turn signals into action. Translate lifecycle stage and account signals into targeted campaigns and plays: nurture, re-engagement, renewal, upsell, and advocacy programs that drive measurable outcomes.
- Run renewal marketing programs. Own the marketing that supports retention and on-time renewals including timed communications, value reinforcement, and at-risk win-back campaigns, in close coordination with CS and sales.
- Measure, learn, and optimize. Track performance against retention, expansion, and engagement goals; report insights to stakeholders; and continually test and refine what works.
- Work across teams. Collaborate with product, sales, marketing ops, and analytics to deliver integrated campaigns and keep customer data clean, compliant, and actionable.
Basic Qualifications
- 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally including lifecycle/CRM marketing, retention or renewal
marketing, or account-based marketing.
- A track record of running marketing campaigns end to end and using data to improve them.
- Comfort with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and an appetite to learn new tools.
- Strong analytical instincts. You can read customer signals and campaign metrics and know what to do next.
- A collaborative style. You enjoy working closely with customer success, sales, and other partners.
- Clear communication and the ability to present plans and results to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing to an existing customer base (retention, expansion, or advocacy programs).
- Familiarity with customer health scoring or lifecycle-stage models.
- Exposure to SaaS or subscription business models.
