We are looking for experienced team players to fill the position of ServiceNow Business Analyst and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the public Sector.

Requirements
● Proven record of collecting and synthesizing data to derive actionable insights. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders. ● End-to-end experience working with product teams to build and enhance products. ● Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production (Business-as-Usual) environment is preferred. ● Experience with ServiceNow is preferred. ● Experience working with applications developed on the ServiceNow App Engine platform is highly preferred. ● Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or custom applications is an advantage. ● Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and requirements management. ● Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritise effectively to meet tight deadlines. ● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. ● Computer Science, Information Systems, Product Management, Business, or related degree/diploma is a plus. ● ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer) are an added advantage
