As an IT Onsite Support engineer, your mission is to ensure a seamless and productive technology experience for employees by providing reliable onsite and remote technical support, maintaining end-user devices and workplace technologies, and resolving IT issues efficiently. You will play a key role in supporting modern workplace services, enabling smooth collaboration, and continuously improving the quality of IT support across the organization.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Provide second line onsite and remote technical support for end users, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot incidents related to Windows, MacOS and mobile devices, peripherals, printers, and collaboration tools
  • Install, configure, maintain, and support desktop and laptop computers, mobile devices, and related equipment
  • Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications and services, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office applications
  • Support device enrollment, compliance, and management activities using Microsoft Intune
  • Perform provisioning, deployment, and replacement of end-user devices using Microsoft Autopilot and standard deployment processes
  • Support meeting rooms, video conferencing equipment, and collaboration technologies
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, service requests, asset inventory, and support procedures
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and recommending solutions
  • Deliver work in a timely manner
  • Adhere to Regulatory policies and procedures

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Good understanding of Windows and MacOS operating systems
  • Experience in deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop, laptop, and mobile hardware
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Intune for device management, enrollment, and compliance
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and Office applications
  • Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and user account administration
  • Good understanding of printing services and print management solutions
  • Experience with Windows device deployment and lifecycle management, including Microsoft Autopilot
  • Basic understanding of ITIL principles and service management processes
  • Experience using ticketing, Asset and CI management systems and remote support tools
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent local language and English is required in spoken and written communication
