At PayDepot we build several B2B and B2C fintech products, including payment infrastructure, crypto services and financial platforms. We are growing rapidly and are looking for a Analytics Engineer who will help transform data into actionable insights and build reliable data infrastructure to support product and business decisions.
What you will do
- Design, build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data processing and reporting
- Build and maintain data models and data marts
- Monitor data quality, consistency and integrity across systems
- Work closely with Product, Engineering and Business teams to define analytics requirements
- Automate recurring reporting and data workflows
What we expect
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer or Analytics Engineer
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines
- Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation
- Understanding of data modeling principles and data warehouse concepts
- Experience working with large datasets and optimizing query performance
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, banking, payments or crypto products
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)
- Experience with Apache Airflow, dbt or similar orchestration tools
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices
- Experience with event-based analytics and product metrics
- STEM degree (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or similar)
